Terms and Conditions for CupnSip Machine

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your use of the CupnSip coffee vending machine and related services (“Service”) provided by Nask Technologies. By using the Service, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the CupnSip machine, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and any applicable laws or regulations. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. User Responsibilities

  • Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian if you are under the age of 18.
  • Account: You may be required to create an account to access certain features of the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
  • Compliance: You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. You agree not to misuse the Service or attempt to interfere with its functionality.

3. Use of the Service

The CupnSip machine provides coffee and related beverages as per your selection. You are responsible for ensuring that you are using the machine according to its intended use.

  • Payment: The Service may require payment to access certain beverages. All payments are processed securely, and you are responsible for any fees associated with your transactions.
  • Service Availability: The CupnSip machine is subject to availability, and Nask Technologies does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Service.

4. Payment and Transactions

Payment Method: Payments for beverages through the CupnSip machine are processed through various payment methods, including but not limited to credit cards, mobile wallets, and other digital payment methods.

Pricing: The pricing for beverages will be displayed on the machine at the time of your transaction. Prices may change without notice.

4.1 Refund Policy

  • General Policy: All sales are final. Once a transaction is completed, no refunds will be issued unless otherwise required by applicable law or under the conditions specified below.
  • Eligible Refunds: Refunds will only be processed in the following situations:
    • The machine fails to dispense the selected item after successful payment.
    • The dispensed item is of unacceptable quality (e.g., spoiled, incorrectly mixed).
    • A system error results in an overcharge or duplicate transaction.
  • How to Request a Refund: To request a refund, please contact our customer support within 24 hours of the transaction with:
    • The time and date of the transaction
    • A description of the issue
    • A photo or video (if applicable) showing the machine error or product problem
  • Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

6. Limitations of Liability

  • Disclaimer: Nask Technologies makes no warranties or representations regarding the quality, availability, or functionality of the CupnSip machine. The Service is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.
  • Limitation of Liability: Nask Technologies shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, arising from your use of the Service or any issues related to the machine.
  • Force Majeure: Nask Technologies shall not be responsible for delays or failures in service due to events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, network issues, or other unforeseen events.

7. User Content and Behavior

  • Prohibited Content: You may not use the Service to transmit or share any unlawful, harmful, or inappropriate content, including but not limited to defamatory, obscene, or offensive material.
  • Misuse of Service: Any attempt to damage, disable, overburden, or interfere with the functioning of the CupnSip machine or related systems is prohibited.

8. Intellectual Property

  • Ownership: All content, trademarks, logos, and materials associated with the CupnSip machine are owned by Nask Technologies or its licensors. You may not use, copy, or distribute any content without express permission.
  • License: Nask Technologies grants you a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial use, subject to compliance with these Terms and Conditions.

9. Termination

Nask Technologies reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the CupnSip machine at any time, without notice, for violation of these Terms and Conditions or for any other reason. You may terminate your use of the Service at any time by ceasing to use the machine.

10. Changes to Terms

Nask Technologies reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website or communicated through other appropriate channels. Continued use of the Service after such changes will constitute your acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Jaipur, India.
